1. Are you a buy-in community?
No, there is a security deposit that is refundable when resident leaves The Devonshire, minus any damages.
2. Do you have 24-hour staffing?
Yes, The Devonshire is staff 24-hours a day in both I/L and A/L.
3. Can you have an overnight quest in your apartment?
Yes, but we also have two guest suites that your guest may use.
4. Are there meals provided?
There is a meal credit in I/L and A/L all three meals are provided.
5. Is transportation offered?
There is scheduled transportation offered in I/L to medical visits, department stores, grocery stores, banks, and other scheduled destinations.
6. What extra costs will I have?
We charge a small monthly fee for cable in I/L. The telephone connection is up to the resident. All other utilities are included in monthly fee.
7. Is housekeeping offered?
Yes, housekeeping is done on a bi-weekly basis in I/L and daily in A/L.
8. Can modifications be made to the apartment?
Yes, you can modify the apartment to your own personal taste with prior approval from management.
9. What if I sign a one year or three year lease and decide not to stay?
All our leases have a termination clause. After 30 days in I/L or 90 days in A/L you may leave with a 30-day notice from beginning of the month to the end of the month with no penalties.
