The Devonshire is a luxury Retirement Community consisting of 105 modern, fully equipped apartments for independent living. To accommodate your needs, we offer four types of apartments: Studio, Alcove, One Bedroom and Two Bedrooms. All of the apartments have wall-to-wall carpeting, fully equipped kitchens, extra large bathrooms, individually controlled heating and air conditioning, mini-blinds, sprinkler system and smoke alarm, an emergency communications system directly connected to the front desk, as well as many other features.
At The Devonshire our helpful, dedicated staff combined with our many amenities will afford you the free time to enjoy your independent life-style. Our community is an ideal environment in which mature adults can socialize and dine with friends and neighbors, as well as enjoy the privacy of their apartment.
Items included in your monthly rent includes: utilities (except phone and cable TV) maintenance, housekeeping, a daily meal in our elegant dining room, 24-hour staffing, regularly scheduled nurse on duty, transportation to grocery/pharmacy shopping, banks and doctor's appointments, full-time activities personnel who plan social, cultural and recreational activities, aerobic and aqua exercise programs, free laundry and free parking.
Other amenities offered are: craft room, beauty / barber shop, large activities room, convenience store, exercise room, private party room, library, luxurious guest room suites and much more.
